POLARIS RZR TURBO clutches 

The Polaris RZR Turbo is the newest addition to the RZR line-up and boy it’s a blast! We were in line in Las Vegas at the dealer show in August 2015 to get one of the first 2016 Polaris RZR Turbo machines that rolled off the line in order to get to work on clutching them. We had the Turbo RZR stripped down and looking for ways to get gains before most anyone in the US had even seen a RZR Turbo. We are THAT serious about clutching! Working with the stock clutches at first to figure out what they will do and are capable of, we also started building our own parts to replace certain OEM parts that we saw had reached their threshold. In the RZR Turbo we have many, many different setups depending on your needs and riding style. In some cases we machine and modify the OEM clutch for amazing gains, and in other cases we choose to replace it with a billet race version. Since each owner is different, and their needs are different, we have built many variations that will give you the end result you are looking for. Whether you are a trail rider, sand duner, desert racer, short course racer, it doesn’t matter, we have tested and perfected each setup and will be able to give you the best gains money can buy. We work with each of the aftermarket tuners that offer reflashes for higher power, ultimately at first to help them be able to actually make the power usable on the dyno when they are starting their higher boost reflash, but after they work the tunes out we then go out and test each tune and power level to make sure our clutching is spot on for each application, power level, and riding style. We spend 60+ days in the desert each year tuning clutches, spend countless hours in the sand and desert working with performance junkies and racers to dial in clutches to not only make them as fast as possible but also be able to work out calibrations for our own customers we ship parts to every day. In the short time the RZR Turbo has been out we have helped racers and trail riders hit the dirt hard and fast and give them miles and miles of worry free riding. We have helped customers win some of the biggest races in the world over the last year traveling all over the country to test clutches and calibrations in every condition so we can ensure that our setups are as good as it gets. Each setup may differ, no two may be perfectly alike, but when you receive a complete setup from us that we built for you, you can rest assured that its going to absolutely rip! Our main goal in clutching is to get the best performance gains possible, the fastest acceleration, the most powerful low end, the best throttle response, the most top speeds, and ultimately the coolest belt temps. In our testing we have learned how to improve your performance across the board from the launch, to the acceleration, to the top speed, without sacrificing belt life. Customers of ours have been able to race and win nearly every major desert race in the last year including the Mint 400 and Baja 500 and Baja 1000 without ever blowing a single belt. These full throttle races, for hours and hours are a test on the clutch, we have built setups that will take this full throttle abuse.
