CV TECH TRAILBLOC

Well you've all heard about it by now, here is some details!!! This clutch is called the CV Tech Trailbloc. The clutch itself is an amazing clutch that allows you to have a one-way bearing, that is a smaller diameter than the factory clutches one-way bearing, which allows the belt to ride lower in the primary, and higher in the secondary giving you a lower starting gear ratio thus giving you more low end.

Having a lower starting gear ratio allows you to have TONS more low end and throttle control to navigate obstacles, and have TONS more punch off the line with no belt slip. I can take this clutch, and modify it ever so slightly to change the characteristics of the clutch on how it engages, and shifts to maximize performance from your machine.

MAKING BETTER PARTS

There are tons of upgrades we have made to current and existing clutches, pictured to the left is the prototype of the HD cover plate we designed for the CVtech primary. Many years ago when we introduced the CVtech clutch to the market and watched it gain in popularity the clutches sold faster than we could get them. Everybody wanted one for its power and performance especially on built engines and we started finding out the limits of the clutch quickly with big power machines. In order to build the clutch to withstand the high harmonics of the Can-am ROTAX engine at high RPM we designed this plate to replace the existing primary clutch cover that was prone to cracking and caused slider failure. We work with every major manufacturer now behind the scenes to help make their parts better for this very reason, we are driven to make better parts, and offer some amazing prototyping and custom machining.

CENTRIFUGAL ROLLER CLUTCHES

For your Arctic Cat, Suzuki and Yamaha, we offer many different stages of clutch work to help get the maximum gains out of your machine. Depending on your tire size, motor mods, and riding style we may recommend different stages of work to help meet your needs and fit your riding style so that your machine will maintain peak performance. We offer these stages for your factory clutches:

Machining the inner and outer primary sheaves to allow the belt to drop lower in the primary gaining you a lower gear ratio to pull bigger tires easier, giving you better throttle response and better throttle control especially when running larger tires. Our machining gains a lower gear ratio than any shim mod or clutch kit can ever compare to, for the maximum low end gains, machining the primary clutch is the only way to go!

Everything from custom machining, rebuilding, repair, service and prep for racers, fixing and replacing broken parts, we do it all. We offer a huge lineup of OEM repair and replacement parts, aftermarket heavy duty parts, and strive to offer you the absolute best stuff your will ever find.
