POLARIS

When you think of a clutch kit, the first thing that pops to mind is a set of springs and weights. Almost every aftermarket clutch manufacturer has a clutch kit for every Polaris machine on the market. Years ago we decided to be different, not push standardized clutch kits on everyone, but look more for whats perfect for each machine and what works best with each riders different riding styles. This allowed us to look at things differently, approach clutching differently, and ultimately build the absolute best setups money can buy. Since each machine is so different, and owners use them so differently, we specialize in building you the best setup for what YOU do and how YOU ride. We can custom tailor your clutch to be perfect for what you do and how you ride by changing many of the variables of the clutch. Most look at it as changing springs and weights, but we take that much further by changing diameters, shift ratios, ramp angles and clutch sheave angles. There are many different ways to manipulate a clutch to make it work more efficiently and properly in different environments. We build and machine different parts for each particular machine, in some cases we are replacing both clutches entirely to get the best gains, and others we can modify the OEM clutch to get the best gains. Each machine is so different and what we do to make your machine run its best varies depending on how you ride and where you ride so we do ask a lot of specific questions in order to get the right information to help get your setup
perfect the first time. We build setups for mud racers, trail riders, rock crawlers, cross country and short course racers, desert racers and everything you can imagine in between. Obviously the hardware and software in each clutch will differ depending on the different application so here is a bit of information on each particular machine.
